About Me

I am Regina Lanier and I currently live and work in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I am married to the love of my life, Dee, who is a wonderful husband and who supports me in everything I do. We have three beautiful children, one grandson and a very special daughter-in-law.

I received my first camera at the age of 5 and my passion for photography has only grown since that time. I started my photography business in 2005. When making my decision to start my own business, I knew that I wanted to be more than just a self-taught photographer whose sole desire was to earn money. The driving force behind my decision was my passion for helping others preserve the most treasured moments of their lives. That passion drove me to pursue a degree in photography from the New York Institute of Photography where I received the Deans Merit Award. This award is presented to students whose photos exhibit exceptional talent and only approximately 1 in 10,000 photos meet the criteria for the award. I was truly honored to receive the Deans Merit Award and it is proudly displayed in my studio with the winning photo.
